REQUIRED BOOKING TIME
All professional promotional bookings require a two-hour minimum.
TRAVEL AND CATERING
Travel fees are based on the venue distance. We kindly ask that you provide meals and water for bookings over four hours.
TIERED PRICING MODELS
Total costs follow your team size and hours, with special rates for large campaigns. Overtime or late changes may incur extra fees.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
Secure your slot with a 50% upfront deposit; the remaining balance is required 72 hours prior to the event. Note that cancellations made within this 72-hour window are non-refundable.
BOOKING PROCESS
Simply provide your event specifics to receive tailored quotes and model portfolios. Following deposit clearance, we finalize the team and provide arrival verification photos.
